Alban MICHOU TOGNELLI is a member of the Paris Bar. Alban previously worked as a lawyer in international law firms.

Alban advises French and foreign companies on the tax aspects of restructurings, mergers/acquisitions and leveraged buy-outs, and also assists his clients in their relations with the tax authorities at every stage of a tax audit or tax dispute.

Alban also has extensive experience in international tax matters, particularly in the interpretation of tax treaties. Alban advises his clients (mainly non-resident individuals) on personal taxation and wealth structuring.

Alban is fluent in French, English and Italian, and is a member of the Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (“IACF”), the main organization representing lawyers specializing in tax law.
