Ingrid uses her technical and procedural expertise to manage business law litigation arising from M&A transactions or governance crises and manages the risk of liability of the manager and/or the buyer in the prevention of financial difficulties and collective proceedings.

Her uniqueness is that she has also developed a sharp expertise in employment law to ensure the protection of her clients' interests during sensitive individual and collective litigation, social restructuring (social dialogue, PSE, expertise, right of warning), which she also uses to guarantee them relevant and secure employment documentation, particularly during the negotiation of major and innovative collective agreements.

She also puts her energy into monitoring the emergence of new litigation concerning the actors of innovative economic models (co-employment and contributors to the collaborative economy).
